At Rahma Community and Youth Centre, we believe that mental health is essential to the overall well-being and success of individuals, families, and communities. Many people — including youth, adults, seniors, newcomers, and those from racialized or marginalized backgrounds — face unique challenges that affect their mental wellness.
Our Mental Health & Wellness Program offers culturally safe, inclusive, and accessible support to community members of all ages and backgrounds. We strive to create welcoming, stigma-free spaces where individuals can access care, build resilience, and grow emotionally and socially.
